CPD and CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
The event will carry CPD Approval and Certificates will be made available to delegates at the end of the event.

INSURANCE
Delegates and their spouses are advised to take out their own insurance policies to cover against various contingencies such as personal accident, loss incurred through disruption to travel arrangements, damage to or loss of property. The Organisers are not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any claims whatsoever caused or howsoever arisen.

LANGUAGE
Note that the proceedings will be conducted in English as the official language of this event.

LETTER OF INVITATION
The Conference Secretariat will send out a letter of invitation upon request once registration has been completed and payment received. The invitation is intended to facilitate visa application and travelling arrangements of the registrants, and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Gala Dinner and SAICE Presidential Inauguration: Wednesday 17 March Business attire

Please note that some social functions will have a limited open bar after which a cash bar will be available.

Dress code during proceedings will be smart casual.

VISAS
All delegates are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visas for entry to South Africa. Please be advised that all visitors to South Africa are required to have one full empty page in their passport. If you do not have one full empty page in your passport you will be denied entry. We highly recommend that all visitors contact their local South African High Commission or Embassy to receive further details about visa regulations.

WEATHER
Gauteng is said to offer one of the world's best climates: summer days are warm and wind free and winter days are crisp and clear. The Indaba will be held during the Autumn month of March, with a delightfully mild climate, neither humid nor too hot. Bring a jacket for evening functions
